Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for technical positions using various channels (LinkedIn, Boolean search, etc.).
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial phone screens.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates to ensure consistent hiring for client needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define job specifications.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and update recruitment metrics.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in technical recruitment or human resources.
- Proven experience in 100% Remote work environments or the ability to work independently.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on immediate results.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
