Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing high-quality candidates.
- Utilize various channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean search) to identify passive talent in the tech industry.
- Conduct thorough phone and video interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future open positions.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and professional feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven ability to source and place candidates in software development, IT, or engineering roles.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Knowledge of the Washington DC tech market is a plus.
