About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, sourcing top-tier technical talent, and managing the candidate pipeline to ensure our company's hiring needs are met with speed and precision.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for technical roles including Software Engineering, IT Support, and Data Science.
- Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Screen applicants, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate in-person or virtual on-site interviews.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build effective job descriptions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future and immediate hiring needs.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and ensure timely communication.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Human Resources.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in remote and on-site roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Proficiency with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse or Lever.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
