Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles for technical roles, from job requisition to onboarding.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies on LinkedIn, GitHub, and tech forums to identify passive candidates.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specs and build talent pipelines.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain accurate recruitment metrics.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of compensation trends in the Fort Worth tech sector.
- Build and nurture a network of developers, engineers, and IT professionals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical job roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with high self-motivation.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to visit the Fort Worth office occasionally for team building.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field preferred.
