Responsibilities
- Provide advanced remote troubleshooting and technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Configure and manage the company-provided equipment, including laptops, monitors, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of technical tickets and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve remote work processes.
- Conduct regular system updates and security patches on provided equipment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support or helpdesk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
