Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 & 2 Technical Support: Assist clients via phone, email, and live chat to resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Troubleshoot Systems: Diagnose and resolve connectivity problems, account access issues, and application errors for our diverse client base.
- Document Interactions: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all customer interactions and technical resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with engineering and product teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback on user experience.
- Remote Training: Assist in onboarding new remote staff members and conducting internal training sessions on software updates.
- Customer Satisfaction: Go above and beyond to ensure every client interaction results in a positive resolution and high satisfaction score.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or help desk roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and remote desktop tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Remote Work: Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment with a stable, high-speed internet connection.
- Availability: Flexibility to work shifts that align with US business hours, including weekends and holidays.
