- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when necessary.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to improve service standards.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience in every customer interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a stable internet connection.
- Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively without direct supervision.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
