Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support via phone, chat, and email to remote clients in the Minneapolis region.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.

Qualifications
