Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for remote clients.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets via our helpdesk portal.
- Provide clear, step-by-step guidance to users to resolve technical problems independently.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all support interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the internal IT team to escalate complex issues and improve knowledge base articles.
- Ensure adherence to security protocols and data privacy standards while working remotely.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support, IT help desk, or customer service.
- Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot common peripheral devices (printers, scanners, webcams).
