Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 & 2 Technical Support: Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat regarding software, hardware, and network connectivity issues.
- Remote Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical problems for clients across the United States, ensuring high customer satisfaction scores.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all support tickets, resolutions, and customer feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and development teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback on product usability.
- Training: Assist in the onboarding process for new remote employees and contribute to internal knowledge base articles.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine checks on remote access tools and security protocols to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or customer service roles.
- Education: Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Tools: Proficient in using remote desktop software, ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira), and MS Office Suite.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
- Reliability: Must have a stable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
