Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Document all support interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product features.
- Conduct remote sessions to guide users through technical procedures.
- Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and update internal knowledge base.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
