Job Summary:
In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, resolving technical issues with patience and expertise. You will work in a collaborative, remote-first environment with opportunities for professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional remote technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktop and mobile devices.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems with precision and speed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all support interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product usability and documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and internal product updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or technical certification is a plus).
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues independently.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
