Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Educate users on product features and best practices to prevent future issues.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the senior engineering team promptly.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and team training sessions to stay updated on product changes.
Qualifications
