Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical assistance via phone, email, and live chat to clients in the Raleigh area and beyond.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity problems efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify recurring issues and suggest product improvements.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct basic training sessions for new users on company software and tools.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or Computer Science is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support environment.
- Strong proficiency with Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
