Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Night Shift Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring rapid resolution of technical issues and maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose & Resolve: Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for remote clients using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Customer Assistance: Provide clear, empathetic, and professional technical support via phone, email, and chat during night operations.
- Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- System Monitoring: Monitor system performance and alert the senior engineering team to any critical outages or anomalies.
- Process Improvement: Identify recurring technical issues and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company security protocols and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Location: Must reside in the United States (Cleveland, OH, or Florida preferred).
- Internet: Must have a high-speed, wired internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (7 PM – 4 AM EST) on a full-time basis.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
