The Role:
We are looking for an individual who can troubleshoot complex technical issues while maintaining a high level of customer empathy. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their technical needs are met efficiently during off-hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat during night hours.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for remote users.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all technical interactions in the CRM.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff when necessary.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction scores by delivering empathetic and efficient service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer support or technical troubleshooting.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
- Must be available to work the night shift rotation consistently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
