Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support to clients via phone, chat, and email, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity problems, printer malfunctions, and operating system errors.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all technical interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers while ensuring the customer remains informed throughout the process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our remote support tools and processes.
- Conduct software updates and security patch installations for remote endpoints.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical problems independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to support clients across time zones.
