Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Guide customers through complex troubleshooting steps and software installations.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to report recurring bugs or system errors.

Qualifications
