- Accurately transcribe audio/video recordings into written documents with 99%+ accuracy
- Adhere to strict formatting guidelines and style requirements for each client
- Meet daily/weekly production deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Utilize transcription software and verify terminology using research tools
- Proofread and edit transcripts for grammar, punctuation, and clarity
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Collaborate with quality assurance team for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proven typing speed of 85+ WPM with exceptional accuracy
- Proficiency in Express Scribe or similar transcription software
- Excellent command of English grammar, punctuation, and syntax
