- Perform quality self-reviews to ensure grammatical accuracy and proper punctuation
- Collaborate with editors to resolve unclear audio segments or terminology
- Maintain detailed logs for completed work and turnaround times
- Adapt to industry-specific terminology (legal/medical/corporate)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Exceptional typing speed (80+ WPM) with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office and transcription software (Express Scribe, etc.)
