Responsibilities
- Transcribe audio/video recordings with 99%+ accuracy across diverse industries
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive government/legal content
- Meet daily production quotas while maintaining quality standards
- Utilize specialized transcription software with foot pedal controls
- Perform detailed proofreading and editing of transcribed documents
- Format documents according to client specifications (legal, verbatim, etc.)
- Collaborate with editors to resolve unclear audio segments
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proven typing speed of 80+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Exceptional English grammar and punctuation skills
- Familiarity with legal/medical terminology preferred
