Responsibilities
- Transcribe audio recordings with 98%+ accuracy across medical, legal, and corporate domains
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive patient/client information
- Format documents using prescribed templates and style guides
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards
- Utilize advanced transcription software and audio enhancement tools
- Collaborate with editors to resolve unclear terminology or audio issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proven typing speed of 75+ WPM with 99% accuracy
- Familiarity with medical/legal terminology (BLS/Certification preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail and grammar proficiency
- Reliable high-speed internet and noise-free workspace
- Proficiency in ExpressScribe, Dragon, or equivalent software
