- Transcribe complex audio/video recordings with 99%+ accuracy across multiple industries
- Adhere to specialized formatting guidelines for legal/medical documentation
- Utilize advanced transcription software (Express Scribe, Otter.ai) and quality control protocols
- Meet strict deadlines while maintaining consistent output standards
- Research and resolve ambiguous terminology through independent verification
- Maintain strict confidentiality for sensitive client materials
- Collaborate with editors to refine final deliverables
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proven typing speed of 85+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in medical/legal terminology (CPC or CMT preferred)
- Exceptional command of English grammar/punctuation rules
- Dedicated high-speed internet and noise-free workspace
- Experience with FTR (Fast Track Reporting) or equivalent platforms
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects autonomously
