- Transcribe audio recordings verbatim with 99%+ accuracy across medical, legal, and general business domains
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA compliance standards
- Format documents using style guides (e.g., APA, legal brief format)
- Research and clarify unclear terminology through contextual analysis
- Meet daily/weekly productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Utilize specialized transcription software and foot pedals efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proficiency in English grammar, punctuation, and medical/legal terminology
- Ability to type 80+ WPM with exceptional listening skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Experience with ExpressScribe, Inscribe, or similar platforms
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends for rush projects
