- Meet daily/weekly production deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Utilize industry-standard transcription software (Express Scribe, etc.)
- Perform self-editing for grammar, punctuation, and formatting consistency
- Research unfamiliar terminology/accents using provided reference materials
- Submit completed work through our secure client portal system
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proven typing speed of 80+ WPM with 99% accuracy
- Familiarity with medical/legal terminology preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transcription software
