- Adhere strictly to client-specific formatting guidelines and confidentiality protocols
- Utilize industry-standard transcription software and foot pedal controls
- Research and resolve unclear terminology through independent analysis
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining consistent quality standards
- Perform quality reviews and edit transcripts for grammar, punctuation, and clarity
- Collaborate with editors to resolve complex transcription challenges
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Exceptional command of English grammar, punctuation, and proofreading
- Proficiency in Express Scribe, Dragon, or equivalent transcription software
- Ability to transcribe 80+ words per minute with high accuracy
