- Accurately transcribe medical/legal/audio recordings with 98%+ accuracy
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA compliance standards
- Meet daily productivity quotas while maintaining quality standards
- Format documents according to client specifications (templates, styles, punctuation)
- Perform self-editing to correct grammar, syntax, and factual inconsistencies
- Utilize specialized transcription software and digital tools efficiently
- Communicate proactively with project managers for clarification needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proven typing speed of 75+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Familiarity with medical/legal terminology or industry-specific jargon
- Proficiency in ExpressScribe, Dragon, or equivalent transcription software
- Exceptional attention to detail and grammar skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks independently
- US citizenship or valid work authorization required
