Responsibilities
- Listen to audio recordings and transcribe spoken content into written text with high accuracy and speed.
- Proofread and edit transcribed documents to ensure proper grammar, punctuation, and formatting standards.
- Adhere to specific client guidelines, style guides, and formatting requirements for every project.
- Meet daily and weekly production quotas within the established turnaround time.
- Upload completed transcripts securely through our online portal.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all sensitive client data and audio files.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Minimum typing speed of 65 WPM with 99% accuracy.
- Experience with medical, legal, or general transcription is a strong plus.
- Must have a dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free home office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
