- Meet daily productivity quotas while maintaining quality standards
- Research and clarify complex terminology through databases
- Format documents according to client-specific style guides
- Submit completed transcripts through our encrypted portal
Qualifications
- 2+ years professional transcription experience
- Proficiency in Express Scribe, oTranscribe, or equivalent software
- Exceptional English grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills
- Ability to transcribe 80+ words per minute accurately
- Familiarity with medical/legal terminology preferred
- High-speed internet connection and noise-free workspace
- Reliable computer with Windows/macOS OS
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
