- Listen to audio recordings and convert speech into written text with high accuracy and speed.

- Meet daily and weekly production quotas and deadlines consistently.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all client data and sensitive files.
- Use transcription software and tools effectively to optimize your workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous transcription experience is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
- Typing speed of at least 50-60 WPM required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online transcription platforms.
- Strong command of the English language, including grammar and spelling.
