Responsibilities
- Transcribe audio/video recordings with 98%+ accuracy across diverse industries
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client data
- Format transcripts according to client specifications (MS Word, PDF, etc.)
- Utilize specialized transcription software and quality control tools
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining exceptional quality
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for transcription workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proven typing speed of 85+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Familiarity with medical/legal terminology (industry-specific certifications preferred)
- Proficiency in ExpressScribe, oTranscribe, or similar platforms
- Exceptional grammar, punctuation, and proofreading skills
- High-speed internet connection and noise-free home office
- Ability to manage deadlines independently in a remote environment
