- Transcribe audio recordings with 99%+ accuracy across medical, legal, and general business domains
- Format and edit documents according to client specifications and style guides
- Maintain strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive patient/client information
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining superior quality standards
- Utilize our proprietary transcription software with real-time quality assurance tools
- Collaborate with senior editors to resolve complex terminology challenges

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience with verifiable references
- Proficiency in medical terminology (CPC/CMA certification preferred) or legal terminology (paralegal background a plus)
