- Accurately transcribe audio/video recordings across medical, legal, and corporate domains
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA compliance standards
- Meet daily productivity quotas with 98%+ accuracy requirements
- Utilize industry-standard transcription software and AI-assisted tools
- Format transcripts according to client specifications (MS Word, PDF)
- Collaborate with quality assurance team for continuous improvement
- Manage deadlines across multiple concurrent projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proficient in 65+ WPM typing with exceptional grammar skills
- Familiarity with medical/legal terminology (AAMT/ATA certification preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Express Scribe, Dragon, or similar platforms
- Reliable high-speed internet and noise-free home office setup
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- U.S. citizenship or valid work authorization required
