- Meet strict deadlines for all assigned transcription projects without compromising quality.
- Utilize transcription software and tools (e.g., Express Scribe) efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding project requirements and feedback.
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive client data.
Qualifications
- Minimum 60 WPM typing speed with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and familiarity with transcription software.
- Strong command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Previous transcription experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must have a dedicated home workspace and high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Reliable computer hardware (Mac or PC).
