Responsibilities
- Listen to audio recordings and transcribe content with 99% accuracy and minimal errors.
- Format and organize transcripts according to client-specific style guides.
- Proofread and edit finished documents for grammar, punctuation, and clarity.
- Manage multiple files and meet strict daily/weekly deadlines.
- Research and correctly transcribe industry-specific terminology.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding project requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Exceptional typing speed (minimum 60 WPM) and accuracy.
