- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive information
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards
- Format documents according to client specifications (e.g., timestamps, speaker labels)
- Proofread transcripts for grammar, spelling, and clarity
- Utilize specialized transcription software and foot pedals

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Typing speed of 75+ WPM with exceptional accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transcription software (Express Scribe, etc.)
