- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA compliance standards
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining exceptional quality
- Utilize specialized transcription software and audio enhancement tools
- Format documents according to client specifications (style guides, templates)
- Research and resolve complex terminology inconsistencies

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proven typing speed of 80+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Proficient in Express Scribe, Dragon, or similar transcription software
