- Manage file uploads and downloads securely within our platform.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
- Stay updated on industry terminology and best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Proven typing speed of 50+ words per minute (WPM).
- Excellent command of the English language and grammar.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and email.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous transcription experience is a plus but not mandatory.
