- Proofread and edit transcripts to ensure proper grammar, punctuation, and syntax.
- Format documents according to client-specific style guides and templates.
- Meet daily and weekly production targets consistently.
- Communicate with the quality assurance team to resolve ambiguous audio segments.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality agreements regarding client data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum typing speed of 60 WPM (Words Per Minute).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs.
- Strong command of the English language, including vocabulary and spelling.
