- Meet daily productivity targets of 45+ minutes transcribed per hour
- Proofread transcripts for grammar, punctuation, and clarity
- Utilize Express Scribe/FTR platforms for file processing
- Communicate proactively with QA team for clarification
- Maintain strict confidentiality protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years professional transcription experience
- Minimum 75 WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
