- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive information
- Format documents according to client specifications (legal, medical, corporate)
- Meet daily production quotas while maintaining quality standards
- Utilize specialized transcription software and digital tools
- Research and resolve unclear terminology through reference materials
- Participate in quarterly quality assurance reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proven typing speed of 80+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Familiarity with industry-specific terminology (legal/medical preferred)
- Proficient in Express Scribe, oTranscribe, or equivalent software
- Exceptional attention to detail and grammar skills
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Ability to manage deadlines in a remote environment
