- Manage time efficiently to meet daily and weekly production quotas without sacrificing quality.
- Use specialized transcription software and digital tools to streamline workflows.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding technical issues or clarifications.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in transcription or data entry (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Typing speed of at least 60-70 WPM.
- Excellent listening and comprehension skills with the ability to filter background noise.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
