- Research and clarify unclear terminology using reference materials
- Meet daily/weekly transcription deadlines with consistent quality
- Utilize specialized transcription software and foot pedal controls
- Perform quality self-reviews before submission
- Communicate effectively with project coordinators
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- 90+ WPM typing speed with 99% accuracy
- Proficiency in ExpressScribe, oTranscribe, or equivalent software
- Exceptional grammar, punctuation, and proofreading skills
- Ability to handle diverse accents and technical terminology
