- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client information
- Meet daily productivity targets (minimum 60 audio minutes transcribed per hour)
- Utilize proprietary transcription software and style guides
- Proofread transcripts for grammar, punctuation, and factual consistency
- Collaborate with editors to resolve unclear audio segments
- Submit completed work through our secure client portal
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and transcription software (e.g., Express Scribe)
- Exceptional typing speed (80+ WPM) with 98% accuracy
- Strong command of English grammar, punctuation, and spelling
- Ability to handle diverse accents and technical terminology
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Self-discipline to meet deadlines without supervision
