- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA/GDPR compliance
- Format documents according to client specifications (MS Word, PDF)
- Research and clarify specialized terminology in medical/legal contexts
- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Utilize transcription software and noise-reduction tools
- Perform quality self-reviews before submission
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proficient in 65+ WPM typing with 99% accuracy
- Familiarity with medical/legal terminology preferred
- Advanced command of English grammar/punctuation
- Reliable high-speed internet and noise-free workspace
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
