Responsibilities
- Transcribe audio/video recordings with 98%+ accuracy across multiple industries
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and data security protocols
- Meet daily/weekly turnaround deadlines without compromising quality
- Format documents according to client specifications (legal, medical, general)
- Research and resolve unclear terminology through dedicated research channels
- Maintain organized digital records of completed transcripts
- Participate in quarterly quality assurance reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- 90+ WPM typing speed with 98%+ accuracy
- Proficiency in ExpressScribe or equivalent transcription software
- Excellent command of English grammar, punctuation, and style
- Ability to handle diverse accents and technical terminology
