- Accurately transcribe medical, legal, and general audio recordings into written documents with 98%+ accuracy
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA compliance standards
- Utilize advanced transcription software to enhance productivity and quality
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Proofread and edit transcripts for grammar, punctuation, and medical/technical terminology
- Communicate effectively with project managers to resolve clarification requests
- Maintain organized digital records and ensure secure data transmission
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience with verifiable references
- Typing speed of 85+ WPM with 99% accuracy rate
- Familiarity with medical terminology, legal terminology, or industry-specific jargon
