- Format and edit transcripts using industry-standard guidelines (AP, Chicago, etc.)
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with editors to resolve unclear audio segments
- Utilize specialized transcription software and hardware efficiently
- Manage deadlines through self-directed time management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Exceptional grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills
- Ability to type 80+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Familiarity with legal/medical terminology preferred
- Reliable high-speed internet and noise-free workspace
