- Conduct research to verify terminology and maintain consistency
- Collaborate with editors to resolve unclear audio segments
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client materials
- Utilize productivity tools to track time and deliverables
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proven typing speed of 75+ WPM with 98%+ accuracy
- Exceptional command of English grammar, punctuation, and style
- Proficiency with audio playback software (ExpressScribe, etc.)
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings/weekends
- US citizenship or permanent residency required
