- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client materials

- Utilize specialized transcription software and AI-assisted tools efficiently
- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining consistent quality standards
- Collaborate with editors to resolve ambiguities in complex recordings

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience with verifiable portfolio
- Exceptional typing speed (80+ WPM) with zero error tolerance
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools (ExpressScribe, oTranscribe, etc.)
- Deep understanding of medical/legal terminology or technical jargon
- US citizenship or valid work authorization required
